United States Polo Association, International Polo Club Palm Beach and USPA Global Licensing Announce 2019 New Tournament Format with Prize Money Series totaling $1,000,000
The United States Polo Association (USPA), the International Polo Club Palm Beach (IPC) and USPA Global Licensing (USPAGL) have finalized an agreement for the 2019 tournament series, which will offer a first-ever prize money component with a potential payout of $1,000,000.

The final of the 2018 Colorado Open saw Valiente remain undefeated over Scone 9-7 to capture the tournament title for the second year in a row. Poroto Cambiaso was MVP while Dolfina El Festival, owned and played by Adolfo Cambiaso, was Best Playing Pony.
Gay Polo League Announces Internationally Diverse Roster for Upcoming Tournament in England
Players from all around the will gather at the beautiful Zacara Polo Grounds for the inaugural GPL United Kingdom Tournament. Admission is free and the public is invited to join them Saturday, Sept. 8, for two afternoon polo matches at 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Memo Gracida Joins Empire Polo Club as Polo Director
Empire Polo Club announced that Memo Gracida will join the staff as Polo Director. Memo will work with Vicky Owens, Empire’s Polo Manager, to help recruit teams and players. He will also be working closely with Kevin Ittig, who oversees Empire’s Grounds Crew, to ensure that the fields are in prime condition for the winter season.

Flying H Cup & Year End Awards at Flying H Polo Club
In the Flying H Cup, sponsored by Mirr Ranch Group, Bendabout defeated Evergreen 10-9. Best Playing Pony, sponsored by Perks Horspital, went to “Tenacity” for Gillian Johnston, who was also named MVP, sponsored by Chase Brothers Properties.
Los Amigos came from behind to capture the Carbondale Classic at Aspen Valley Polo Club. Los Amigos defeated Casablanca 11-9. Nic Roldan was awarded MVP. Pitkin, owned by Santa Rita Polo Farm and played by Nacho Novillo Astrada, was Best Playing Pony.
